Went for laser hair removal with Jenn! First off, Jenn is the absolute best! She always takes such good care of her clients and I... don't know what I would do without her! Second off, the Soprano Ice hair removal system they use is a GAMECHANGER! This is a fantastic group of people! From making my initial appointment (and my need to reschedule...which they graciously and... happily accommodated) to the actual procedure, everything was so pleasant. ALL of the staff were so welcoming and April was great to work with. We discussed my expectations as well as my fears and concerns (In the past, elsewhere, I had a not great experience.) After explaining to me, in detail, how the musculature of my face works, I felt ready to move forward with Botox. She also reassured me that I could contact them at any time if I wasn’t satisfied with my results! The injections were quick and relatively painless! Even in areas that I thought would be terribly sensitive, it was a breeze. Now, my face looks like I want it to - still me, just not so tired!
